Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to the company's customers via phone, online channels, and on-site visits.
2. Meet the company's monthly sales targets for online business.
3. Support the sales department by offering pre-sales technical consulting and recommending technical solutions to customers.
4. Assist the R&D and production departments in product testing and assembly.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to compile product manuals, technical documents, and other related materials.
6. Participate in company marketing activities such as exhibitions and seminars, including delivering lectures to users.
7. Design and implement application and demonstration systems.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in science or engineering; priority given to majors in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or Measurement & Control. We value your learning ability most.
2. Prior experience in practical electronic engineering applications, embedded development, or automation projects is preferred. We aim to foster your hands-on skills.
3. Proactive in work and adept at problem-solving. We hope you are a proactive and helpful person.
4. Good at communication and coordination, with a commitment to providing technical support to customers, solving their problems, and offering assistance. Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers are essential.
